Processing time
All in stock Items will ship within 2-7 business days.  For back ordered or pre-ordered items please refer to individual item order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

To return your item you must
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
If Items are returned outside of the 30 day window store credit will be issued. If items are outside of the 30 day window and have been marked down since purchase you will be issued store credit at the current price at the time of receiving the item.
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Please note - The cost of shipping and a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged and are final sale.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Large baskets (Moses, Changing, Hampers, Vase baskets)

We don't accept cancellations
